Originally fitted US Army (Class A) dress jacket

Having belonged to a sergeant in the US Army Pacific Military Police. Collar discs with smooth back attachments.

Presence of a service bar (3 years of service) and two overseas bars (1 year overseas, presumably in the Pacific)
